Severus Snape Evans, coming soon... [Aug. 24th, 2007|07:43 am] [ Tags | intro post ] Write one damned story, and suddenly a whole AU parallel-universe springs forth... Yes, I have gone certifiably insane. It started with the Snape After Deathly Hallows Fest snape_after_dh Among other stories, I agreed to write a story based on this prompt: Snape gets the life he craved, ending up in a familiar but different AU after his death. That story, entitled "If I Could Choose Again," takes the basic idea of an AU life for Severus Snape and explores what would happen if he had made one small choice, right after Lily ended her friendship with him, that led to a series of other small choices that ended up changing the course of his life. I got to the end of that story, which ends when the Boy Who Lived arrives at Hogwarts, and realized that my ending was a beginning. ;-) So, what the hell, let's see how Severus' life plays out over the next seven years, in a familiar setting and storyline but with little twists and tweaks along the way. Are we far enough down the rabbit hole, yet??? I plan to start posting this in mid or late October 2007, possibly early November if life gets too crazy.
